Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated using Net Revenue.
Net Revenue is defined as the remaining revenue from a qualifying order after deducting product costs, shipping costs, taxes, discounts, coupons, refunds, chargebacks, cancelled orders, and fraudulent transactions.

Net Revenue: $67
Starter Affiliate (20%): $13.40

Qualified Sales
A sale is only considered a Qualified Sale when the customer enters a valid affiliate code during checkout, the order is successfully completed, and the order is not refunded, disputed, cancelled, or determined to be fraudulent.
Affiliate Code System
Every approved affiliate receives a unique Affiliate Code. Customers receive 10% off when they use the affiliate code during checkout, and the sale is credited to that affiliate when the order qualifies.
Program Rules
We want a strong community built on trust, transparency, and responsible promotion.
Permitted Activities
- Sharing your affiliate code online.
- Promoting Vial Vibes products through social media.
- Creating educational content.
- Producing reviews and experiences.
- Recommending products to your audience.
Prohibited Activities
- False or misleading claims.
- Medical claims, treatment claims, or guaranteed outcome claims.
- Spam marketing, fake accounts, fake referrals, or deceptive advertising.
- Unauthorized discount codes or misrepresenting your relationship with Vial Vibes.
- Manipulating tracking or purchasing through your own affiliate code.
- Affiliates must refer to the company as Vial Vibes Co and may not mention personal names in promotional content, public posts, private groups, checkout instructions, or referral messaging. Violating this rule may result in forfeiture of any earned commission and removal from the affiliate position.
Commission Reversals
Commissions may be adjusted, reduced, or reversed if an order is refunded, a chargeback occurs, fraud is detected, an order is cancelled, or program abuse is identified.
Account Review And Termination
Vial Vibes reserves the right to review, suspend, reject, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion. Affiliates found violating program policies may lose unpaid commissions and have their accounts permanently removed from the program.
Independent Status
Affiliates participate as independent promoters and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Vial Vibes.
